KB #000006: Unable to Modify Layout Templates

Description: You cannot edit or make any changes to the layout template using your ArchiSnapper account.

Cause: The option that only the admin can change these settings is enabled.

Resolution: The account's Master Admin can disable this option in the online account. To do this

1. Click More > Account Settings.
2. On the Edit Settings page, under the Field Report Settings section, do not select the Only the admin can change the settings of the PDF layouts checkbox. .
3. Click Save.
